When we found
Spirit of the Fens Leather, we were really impressed by the quality
of the craftsmanship and the beautiful finish of these handbags,
with their adjustable shoulder strap and original buckle-free clasp.
The sturdy construction will last and last, with no
stitching – all the separate pieces are laced together with solid
leather thongs or attached with
rivets.
There are three designs available. Karen Cater’s
own exclusive Hare and Moon design decorated with stars and spirals,
and the Celtic Horse both have Celtic strapwork sides, and come in
two colourways, either one colour of rich brown or with the main
images picked out in a lighter shade to give a more dramatic effect.
The Green Man with his oak leaf face has a decoration of oak
leaves and acorns on borders and bag sides.
Colours may
vary slightly because of natural variations in dye absorbency of the
leather.
Because of the lengthy nature of the craft process,
we regret there may be delays in fulfilling orders. Please allow 30
days for production.
